You also get a 10-year transferable guarantee.

TRANSFERABLE GUARANTEE*
If you sell your home, we will honour our guarantee for the new owner for a period of 10 years from when the work was completed.
*Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to work completed after April 6, 2021. The contract must be paid in full to validate the guarantee.
